Nicola Tatham

Chartered Psychologist

Based in Derbyshire, Nicola is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations and individuals. She has a vast array of experience in the design and delivery of assessment methods and surveys, and has been key in the design of many internationally used assessment products.

More recently, Nicola has qualified as a psychotherapist, and her business Freedom Therapy is a recognised partner of WorkLifePsych.

Nicola has been working as an occupational psychologist since 1996. She started her career in the public sector with the Home Office and the Royal Air Force where she was instrumental in the design and validation of a range of psychometric tests.

From there she moved into the consultancy world and held a variety of roles, all with a heavy focus on research, design and development.

She has worked with a range of public and private organisations including Jumeriah, Amey, Department for Education, Derbyshire Police, British Airways, CitiBank and a number of NHS departments.
