In our most recent episodes of the ‘My Pocket Psych’ podcast, we’ve been discussing productivity – including how to avoid procrastination, how to effectively prioritise your workload and how to align your work with your values. In the most recent episode, we look at some of the apps you could use to put this theory into practice.
As there are so many apps available that focus on productivity, we merely scratched the surface, but hopefully our focus on using quality criteria to select your app will help out. These include:
- Being able to distinguish between simple tasks and projects
- Being able to assign priorities to your tasks
- Being able to access the app on multiple devices
