Ross is a business psychologist, coach, and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). With over 25 years of experience coaching senior leaders, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development and team collaboration. Ross lives in Seville, Spain and travels globally to deliver leadership and team development solutions to clients.

With over 30 years of expertise in training facilitation and leadership support, Ross is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organisations thrive. His approach is grounded in the application of behavioural science to drive meaningful change and performance improvement.

Ross has worked with a diverse range of clients across industries, including over 22 NHS Trusts, Teachers, HM Treasury, Ministry of Justice, a global tech organisation, Diageo, Deloitte, hedge fund managers, and even professional ballet dancers. His ability to adapt to various professional contexts underscores his versatility and impact.

Ross collaborates with Dr. Paul Flaxman at City, University of London, in a research-practitioner partnership. Their projects have achieved the highest impact ratings. He also shares his expertise as a lecturer on Master’s programmes at City and Birkbeck, University of London.
