Chartered Psychologist

Julia is a Chartered Psychologist who enjoys applying psychological principles to support individuals, teams and organisations to maximise their potential at work. Her particular interest is in harnessing the creativity of individuals in order to develop engaged and productive teams.

She is the co-author of “LISTEN! SAY YES! COMMIT! Improvisation for Communication, Creativity, Teamworking and Leadership at Work” (2015), a practical guide to team and leadership development.

Julia has nearly 20 years’ experience as a Work and Organisational Psychologist. She has supported a wide range of clients during that time in public, private and third sector organisations, including Shell International, Balfour Beatty, NHS Leadership Academy, National Grid, Novartis and SwiftKey.

In recent years, she has focused primarily on leadership development and coaching, senior and high potential assessment and designing bespoke team interventions. She is most at home when facilitating groups to learn and grow through skills practice and having fun.
