Ep 063: Post-Pandemic Predictions

In this episode Richard and Pilar discuss how they hope working life will evolve on the other side of this pandemic.

We’ve both seen some positive changes that we hope to see stick around, but also some working practices and attitudes that we’d like to see the back of!

It looks like social distancing will have an impact on shared workplaces, that working from home is set to increase for many roles and that flexible working arrangements could grow in popularity.

What will work look like as restrictions are lifted and more workplaces are opened up? How will workplace relationships be impacted? Does it mean the workplace will be irrevocably changed?

We’d love to hear from our listeners on this topic.

What changes to your working life have you welcomed? What do you want to keep doing once we’re over the worst of this? What working practices do you want to see consigned to the bin? How can you see your own workplace changing over the next 12 to 18 months?
