Ep 069: Life after coaching

In this episode of My Pocket Psych, Richard takes a look at the importance of discussing life after coaching.

This is critical for the success of the coaching process – so that coachees know coaching is a finite activity, and so they can build their awareness and skills while working with their coach. Richard explores some of the ways a coach can make this clear, and also looks at some examples of skills that coachees can use long after coaching has ended.
