Ep 166: Time for a break!

In this episode, Richard explores the benefits of reflection and describes his rationale for going on an annual retreat.

While it’s an excellent idea to regularly pause to note how things are going – and make any helpful adjustments – it can be even better to take intentional time away from your routine completely and take a look at the big picture. This is where a retreat comes in. You don’t need to get on a plane, or even leave your neighbourhood. But you may find it useful to step away from your usual locations and see what a fresh environment can do to inspire you.
