Ep 165: Psychological Flexibility – series finale, feedback and questions

In this final episode of our series on Psychological Flexibility, we reflect on what it was like to create the episodes, share listener feedback and answer some more of your questions.

We explore some of the ways listeners are bringing these key skills to life and answer questions about changing values, the impact of daydreaming, guilt about ‘away moves’ and how to effectively deal with regrets about past behaviour under difficult circumstances.

It’s been great fun to put this series together and extremely fulfilling to get listener and viewer feedback about the difference it’s making to them. In fact, both Ross and I have agreed it’s been a great example of us bringing our values to life, which explains why it’s felt so good.

Don’t forget to watch out for the new upcoming Psychological Flexibility course from WorkLifePsych, launching in just a couple of months, which will help you use these skills to support your wellbeing. The best way to keep abreast of news about events, webinars and courses is to subscribe to our newsletter, which you can find at https://www.worklifepsych.news

As ever, thanks for listening!
