Ep 129: Change for 2023 – it’s not too late!

In this episode, Richard and Pilar look at how we can get back on track when it comes to our 2023 goals.

It’s rapidly approaching the end of February and your attempts at change might have fallen by the wayside. But it’s not too late to make a change. In fact, February can be an ideal time to start! This episode is all about the small things you can do to make it more likely that you’ll reach your meaningful goals.

Take a look at the practical challenges from the last few weeks. See what got in the way and thinking about scaling back the goal to make it more manageable. Look for a tiny habit you can cultivate to support your journey towards the goal. Block out regular time to work on your goals and pair this with regular reviews of your progress.

We’d love to hear from listeners on this topic. What goals are you working towards? What’s helping you with this? How are you overcoming the practical, everyday challenges as you make progress? Drop us an email at “podcast at worklifepsych dot com” with your comments and questions.

Thanks for listening!
