If you’re considering coaching for yourself – or introducing coaching to your organisation – you probably have some questions.
In fact, not having access to a professional to get answers may well be one of the reasons you haven’t worked with a coach before now. We get it – it’s a big decision, with implications for your time, attention and budget. And we don’t advocate just ‘jumping into’ coaching without any forethought.
So you’ll be interested to learn that we’re starting the first in a regular series of free coaching webinars later this month.
The coaching webinar
First of all, this first webinar takes place at 10am UK time on Thursday 26th October. We plan to run these roughly quarterly. During each live event, we’ll explore coaching as an activity and how to get the most from it. We’ll bust common myths and misunderstandings, and give you an insight into the practicalities and experience of a coaching programme.
You’ll have the opportunity to get answers to your questions from a Coaching Psychologist (I’m going to be facilitating the first webinar in this series). You might want to discuss the kinds of topics that are suitable for coaching. Or whether coaching is suitable for all levels of seniority (spoiler: it is!). Or how you can successfully introduce coaching where you work.
Whatever the coaching-related question, I do my very best to answer it.
You can reserve your free place on our Eventbrite page. And of course, you can ask any questions about the webinar in the comments section below.
