Introducing ‘My Pocket Psych’

We’re delighted to announce the arrival of our new podcast, ‘My Pocket Psych’.

The idea is simple: each episode, we’ll look at one or two topics relevant to the world of work and examine them from a psychological perspective. Hopefully bringing some clarity in the process!

As I said in episode one, my vision for the podcast is that you’ll finish each episode learning something interesting about how we think and behave at work and feel motivated to make a personal change. Or share what you’ve learned with someone else. Helping people move from merely surviving work to thriving at work.

We want to demystify important concepts and give you, the listener, some practical insight you can apply in the real world. No nonsense, minimal technical jargon and a podcast you’ll want to come back to in the future.

So now that episode one is out, we’re keen to hear what you’d like us to cover in future episodes. In episode two, we’re going to look at the challenges associated with email and we know there’s a lot to be said about that!

You can subscribe to My Pocket Psych via iTunes here

    Good Morning Richard,

Your podcast is very helpful in my practice.

    Q. How do I access your earlier podcasts – I can only access the last 100.

    Kindly advise.
