If you’re interested in learning a bit more about Psychological Flexibility, we’ve scheduled a series of free introductory webinars next month.

‘PsychFlex 101’ is a 90 minute session covering the essentials of Psychological Flexibility. The session will serve as an excellent way to learn how to build the core skills that contribute to Psychological Flexibility and a great jumping off point to learning more about how to integrate these behaviours into your daily life.

The webinar will cover:

  • What psychological flexibility is and how it supports resilience, wellbeing and productivity at work
  • How to show up and adopt a mindful approach to life
  • How to let go of unwelcome thoughts and emotions
  • How to clarify your values and take action towards values goals

For those that are interested, we’ll be running a longer a more in-depth course “Doing what matters” in the coming months. This course will also feature a series of webinars, which will delve deeper into each of the skills, provide an opportunity for skills practice and are supported by one-to-one coaching with one of the WorkLifePsych team.

We’ll share details of costs and how you can sign up for these optional webinars at the end of PsychFlex 101.

You can sign up for one of the free 101 webinars via our Eventbrite page.
