A new look for WorkLifePsych

Welcome to a new look and feel for our website. We’ve spent the past few weeks tidying up and redesigning the layout, and it’s finally time to reveal the end result.

After four years (yes, four!), it was time for an update. We’ve added some new imagery to reflect what we do, and a selection of new downloadable resources. From now on, you can find out all about our Services (Coaching, Training and Development) and our Solutions (Wellbeing, Productivity and Effectiveness) on their respective pages. There, you can also find:

  • Our Training brochure
  • Our Coaching brochure
  • Our Development brochure

If you’re looking for our Psychological Flexibility page, you can still find it here.

Our podcast page now includes the show notes that link to external resources, as well as a live player for the episodes themselves. If you’d prefer not to stream episodes from the web, remember that you can also subscribe via iTunes and Spotify.

Our latest episode has just gone live, so check it out here. It’s all about how to survive the downside of business travel (something I can definitely identify with!) and features an interview with Dr. Rachel Lewis, the author of a recent study on the topic.

We hope you like our new home online – we’re certainly very happy with the results. Let us know what you think in the comments!
