We’re delighted to announce a series of events focused on Psychological Flexibility, running across May and June this year.
Webinars
Firstly, we’ll be running free 90min webinars – the ‘PsychFlex 101 webinar’ – on May 16th and May 30th, at a variety of time slots. Regardless of where you’re based in the world, you’ll be able to log on, listen to the presentation and have your own questions answered. You can find out more and reserve a place on one of these free sessions by visiting this event page on Eventbrite.
Workshops
On June 11, I’ll be running two half-day workshops which expand on the webinar contents. The PsychFlex 101 workshops will focus on putting the skills into practice, so that delegates leave with experience of the main skills, along with an action plan for putting it all into practice once they’ve returned to work. These sessions will be run at the British Psychological Society offices in central London and I’ll be co-facilitating the workshops with Claudia Nuttgens. Full details and sign-up available here.
Finally, on June 25th, I’ll be running a PsychFlex 101 workshop in Dublin. Running from 0930 to 1230 at the Psychological Society of Ireland‘s offices, it will once again be a practical and interactive session, focused on giving delegates what they need to start putting these skills into practice. You can sign up for places here.
