Ever felt frazzled? A bit over-emotional? Do you notice you’re holding yourself back because of fears or worries about the future? Do you find it hard to focus on the here and now, to get stuff done?

Our September 19th event in London may be just for you!

We’re running a ‘PsychFlex 101’ taster session, to illustrate the benefit of developing Psychological Flexibility. This is a set of thinking and behavioural skills that helps us deal better with pressure, setbacks, disappointments and worries. By practicing these skills, we can get clarity on what’s important and take action to work towards our important goals. While, at the same time, not allowing any unwelcome thoughts and emotions to get in the way.

Psychological flexibility is well-supported by years of top quality scientific research, so you can be confident it’s not just another workplace fad. The research clearly demonstrates the positive impact these behaviours have on our wellbeing and our performance at work.

This 90-minute session will walk you through the six key skills, give you a chance to practice some of them and provide you with free resources to keep going once you’re back in the workplace. Oh and you’ll get breakfast thrown in too. So what have you got to lose?

You can sign up for a place via our Eventbrite page, or get in touch with any questions about the event before committing.
